Description
The Manager in Training (MIT) at RWB Thrift participates in a structured training program preparing them for assignment as a General Manager. During training, the role develops financial, operational, sales, customer-service, and leadership competencies while observing and coaching experienced leaders. Upon successful completion, the MIT will be assigned to a store and take full ownership of its performance and team. Responsibilities include managing the store’s P&L, production quotas, scheduling, performance management, compliance, customer experience, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and office administration. The role pays $70,000 to $90,000, requires E-Verify eligibility, and prefers English-Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience.
