Description
The Manager in Training (MIT) at RWB Thrift participates in a structured training program preparing the employee for assignment as a General Manager. Responsibilities include managing store financial performance, sales, production quotas, customer service, scheduling, performance management, compliance, people operations, and office administration. The role requires strong communication, computer proficiency, flexibility, and the ability to work in a busy retail environment; English and Spanish proficiency is preferred, and previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
