RWB Thrift is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to complete a structured training program preparing the employee for future assignment as a General Manager. The role covers store financial performance, sales and profitability, production quotas, customer service, leadership, scheduling, performance management, compliance, people operations, and office administration. The MIT will train alongside experienced leaders, develop management competencies, and may be assigned to a store location as soon as one becomes available. The position pays $70,000 to $80,000, requires E-Verify eligibility, and prefers English-Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma or GED, and prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience.
