Description
RWB Thrift is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to complete a structured training program preparing the employee for future assignment as a General Manager. During training, the MIT will develop financial, operational, sales, customer-service, leadership, scheduling, performance-management, compliance, and people-operations skills while observing and coaching experienced store leaders. Upon successful completion, the employee will be assigned to a store location and expected to take full ownership of store performance and team. The role pays $80,000 to $95,000 and requires strong communication, computer, and physical-work abilities; English and Spanish proficiency is preferred, while previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
