Description
The Manager In Training (MIT) is an emerging retail leader participating in a structured development program that prepares candidates for Assistant Manager, Department Manager, Store Manager, or other operational leadership roles. Reporting to store and district leadership, the MIT supports store operations, team leadership, customer service, recruiting, training, inventory, merchandising, financial metrics, safety, loss prevention, and facility maintenance. The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
