HARMAN is hiring a Manager, Industrial Engineering Manufacturing (HPS Manager) in Tijuana, Mexico to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of the HARMAN Production System across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, process analysis, capacity planning, labor standards, performance metrics, cross-functional improvement projects, training, and compliance with ISO and safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing, industrial engineering, Lean, or operational excellence experience, with Lean Six Sigma certification, multi-site improvement experience, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency preferred. The position offers a hybrid work environment with most office-based work onsite three days per week.
