Description
The Data Science Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, product designers, data engineers, and software engineers through the full lifecycle of complex analytical and AI/ML projects. The role provides hands-on technical leadership from concept to deployment, improves data quality and integration, builds and deploys machine learning and AI models, develops technology roadmaps, and collaborates with business stakeholders. It requires a master's degree, at least five years of hands-on machine learning and AI/ML experience, five years leading cross-functional technical teams, and proficiency in R, Python, machine learning frameworks, GCP, SQL, Spark, Hive, and Java/AngularJS/ReactJS.
