Description
Synack is hiring an Information Security Compliance Manager to lead security compliance, risk management, and control automation across its product, engineering, and operations teams. The role covers automated security planning, AI and agent-system risk assessments, evidence collection, control drift monitoring, vendor and third-party risk assessments, and the codification of security controls into infrastructure-as-code, CNAPP, and CI/CD guardrails. It requires at least eight years of experience in IT security strategy, risk management, audit, and compliance, along with expertise in Python, Terraform, CI/CD, GRC, monitoring, SOAR, CNAPP, and major security frameworks. The position is limited to United States citizens and offers a $150,000–$180,000 salary range plus potential equity and benefits.
