Description
The Manager, Information Security (Threat & Vulnerability Management) leads a technical player-coach function overseeing threat and vulnerability management systems, SIEM and EDR platforms, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability remediation, AI and machine learning security, and security projects. The role manages and mentors Cybersecurity Engineers, handles core HR responsibilities, coordinates with IT and IAM teams, and serves as the domain escalation point. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer-related field, 10–15 years of progressive information security or cybersecurity experience, and 2–4 years of readiness for first-tier people and project management; advanced degrees and senior security certifications are preferred. The position involves occasional domestic travel and does not offer employer-sponsored immigration support.
