Description
The Program and Project Delivery Manager oversees the tactical execution and governance of IT program and project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and delivery health checks. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders, supports resource planning and budgeting, plans and approves work, coaches and evaluates team members, and drives delivery maturity and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related program, project, delivery governance, or IT delivery management experience, with automotive or large-scale enterprise IT experience preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $123,000–$153,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
