Hightower is hiring an Information Technology Integrations Manager to lead technology integration efforts for newly acquired advisory firms. The role manages integration project plans, system migrations, CRM and portfolio platform onboarding, data and access provisioning, vendor coordination, training, change management, and regulatory and security requirements. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of technology project, implementation, integration, or business transformation experience, with wealth management or fintech experience preferred. The position is based in Chicago with in-office work Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, and offers a base salary of $120,000-$130,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
