Description
Trex is hiring a Manager, Security Operations & Incident Response to lead its 24x7 security operations, SOC operating model, incident response, vulnerability management, detection engineering, managed security service governance, and hybrid in-house and offshore security teams. The role oversees alert triage, response and remediation processes, executive communications during high-severity events, SEC disclosure readiness, vendor performance, and alignment with NIST CSF, SOX, and other cybersecurity controls. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of progressive information security experience, at least three years of direct people leadership in security operations or a related function, and relevant incident response, EDR, cloud SIEM, MSSP/MDR, and publicly traded cybersecurity experience. The base salary is $140,000–$175,000 annually, with additional annual or sales bonus potential and health, dental, and vision insurance.
