Description
Voyager Technologies is hiring a Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead its Mission Infrastructure Engineering group in Pueblo, Colorado. The role manages 5–8 engineers across facility design, construction project engineering, commissioning, and industrial engineering; oversees active capital projects from requirements through commissioning; establishes project controls, standards, and delivery processes; manages contractors and vendors; and develops the team. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and 7 years of facilities engineering or construction project management experience, or 15 years of hands-on facilities and infrastructure engineering experience, along with capital project leadership, team development, process creation, and contractor management experience. The base salary is $130,000–$160,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and other benefits.
