Description
The Innovation Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, develop, launch, and optimize growth opportunities for Kinder’s and its partner brands. The role owns business cases and innovation program plans, supports go-to-market execution, analyzes post-launch performance, and leads alignment with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations, Sales, and executive leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of CPG innovation or growth strategy experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, and knowledge of syndicated data providers. The position is hybrid in Walnut Creek, California, with four days per week in the office, and offers a starting salary of $140,000–$150,000 per year.
