Description

Cohesity is looking for an experienced Manager, Inside Sales to lead and scale their growing team in Heathrow, Florida. The manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, and building a predictable pipeline engine to drive revenue growth.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Proven IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or hardware sales experience within a high-growth tech company.
Strong track record of overachieving in sales development or inside sales roles.
Experience managing Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales teams.
Demonstrated success coaching and developing team members at various performance levels.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, Clari, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills, including presenting insights to executive-level leadership.
