MSG Entertainment is hiring an individual-contributor Manager, Instructional Design & AI Learning Solutions to serve as a senior instructional design expert and learning innovation leader. The role leads enterprise learning solution design, learning experience architecture, standards, governance, digital and blended learning, learning technology adoption, and the implementation of AI-powered learning tools. Responsibilities include conducting learning analyses, consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders, mentoring instructional designers, improving learning outcomes through analytics, and providing exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 8+ years of instructional design or talent development experience, expertise in adult learning and learning technologies, and experience applying AI-enabled tools to learning design or knowledge management. The role is onsite and pays $83,000–$145,000 USD.
