Description
SHRM is hiring a Manager, Instructional Design to lead and develop its learning products and experiences for internal and external audiences. The role manages instructional design talent, sets standards and priorities, oversees synchronous, asynchronous, virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning initiatives, coordinates with SMEs and business stakeholders, manages external partners, ensures WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility, and evaluates emerging learning technologies and AI approaches. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote, requires seven or more years of instructional design or learning and development experience, and offers a salary of $105,000 to $130,000 per year.
