Sia is hiring a Manager to lead consulting teams and deliver projects for clients, primarily from its Amsterdam office or client sites. The role covers business strategy, digital transformation, regulatory and operational risk, innovation, and project management, while also driving growth, producing proposals, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to cross-selling and the Dutch insurance market. Candidates need 5–10 years of management consulting experience, insurance or banking experience, strong entrepreneurial and data/AI interest, knowledge of insurance products and technologies, and a strong Dutch insurance-market network.
