Description
The IPDC Manager leads night and weekend operations for the Integrated Project Delivery Center, providing staffing, coverage, escalation, handoff, work-control, safety, and operational continuity leadership. The role coordinates with facilities, construction, commissioning, engineering, security, network and IT, vendors, and other site operations; manages performance and development of direct reports; and improves off-hours processes. It is an on-site position in Saline, Michigan, with travel of up to 25%, and offers a US hiring range of $102,300 to $209,500 per annum plus potential bonus and equity.
