The role advises C-level and board stakeholders, translates strategic insights into operational and financial results, manages complex transactions, supports growth initiatives, and leads project teams. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, implementation and financial-analysis expertise, Dutch and English C1 proficiency, and an affinity for generative AI. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €5,795–€7,250, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, a home-working allowance, hybrid work, and other benefits.
