Rocket Lab is hiring a Manager, Spacecraft Integration & Test to lead a 6–10 person sub-team in Long Beach, California. The role manages spacecraft integration and test activities from early design through launch-site operations, deployment, and on-orbit commissioning; oversees test procedures, verification and validation plans, automated scripts, environmental campaigns, subsystem integration, anomaly investigations, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, at least 8 years of hands-on systems test or engineering experience, and 1+ years of team leadership experience, with U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility required. Base salary is $134,000–$201,350 USD, with total compensation of $166,800–$258,625 USD including equity.
