Description
Oaktree is hiring an Internal Controls Manager to lead internal control audits, SOX and other control initiatives, risk assessments, control scoping, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement. The role also oversees junior team members, coordinates with external auditors, prepares reports and presentations, and manages a direct report. Candidates need at least seven years of audit, internal controls, or accounting experience, strong financial reporting and SOX knowledge, a bachelor's degree, and experience leading audits or projects.
