PayPal is hiring a Paidy Internal Controls and Governance Lead to establish and strengthen the controls and governance framework for Paidy’s credit, fraud, and collections strategy initiatives. The role oversees governance processes, policy and procedure development, risk lifecycle management, issue and incident management, legal and compliance approvals, and the alignment of underwriting and collections policies with regulatory and enterprise requirements. It requires at least five years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a balanced hybrid work model and healthcare coverage.
