Description
The Inventory Manager leads inventory control operations, directs a warehouse and inventory team, and owns inventory accuracy, aged inventory reduction, returns, purchasing discrepancies, cycle counts, and regional inventory reporting. The role partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, and Administration; sets regional inventory processes and standards; and drives continuous improvement. It requires an associate or two-year technical school and at least four years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience, with supervisory experience, SAP experience, and bilingual English/Spanish experience preferred.
