Description
The role leads Group IT's Oracle ERP application support function and the associated techno-functional consulting team, overseeing ERP stability, performance, security, incidents, change requests, integrations, upgrades, roll-outs, and the Oracle roadmap. It also provides secondary oversight of other enterprise application support teams, manages vendor and stakeholder relationships, budgets, performance, and governance, and develops internal consulting capability. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8–12 years of techno-functional Oracle ERP experience.
