Description
Markel is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead full-stack development teams supporting its Wholesale and Specialty policy administration platform. The role manages one or more IT teams, oversees application design, delivery, support, CI/CD, testing, code quality, release management, and production support, and partners with product owners and business stakeholders. It requires 8–10 years of software development, infrastructure, or project delivery experience, hands-on Microsoft technology and Azure experience, modern front-end and CI/CD experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position requires U.S. work authorization and does not offer visa sponsorship.
