The role owns the IT product roadmap, SLAs, operations support, security compliance, data quality, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, while managing the team, hiring, development, budget, and HR processes. Candidates need an engineering or equivalent university education, fluent English and French, at least six years of IT team management experience, and expertise in ITIL, SQL Server and PostgreSQL, Azure, cloud and containers, and CI/CD.
