7shifts is hiring a Manager of IT to lead and develop a three-person IT team while reporting to the Director, Information Security & Privacy. The role owns employee support, IT systems, software platforms, technology adoption, AI tooling, onboarding and offboarding, and collaboration with Security and business leaders. It requires hands-on IT experience in a fast-moving SaaS environment, including Mac support, troubleshooting, SaaS application management, user access administration, and familiarity with common workplace tools. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto, and base compensation of CAD $112,000 to CAD $169,000.
