Mattel is hiring an IT Business Analyst focused on Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer operations in Hyderabad, India. The role leads business analysis for WMS and OMS implementations and integrations, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, integration mappings, testing, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare support. The position requires on-site work four days per week during the United States Eastern Time zone and seeks candidates with at least five years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience, including three years in logistics or supply chain technology, along with Agile, JIRA, and logistics-systems expertise.
