The Manager IT Business Engagement – Manufacturing serves as the strategic liaison between Manufacturing and Information Technology, leading a team and a portfolio of manufacturing IT projects from business case development through implementation and support transition. The role focuses on manufacturing systems, MES and digital factory processes, business requirements translation, project governance, continuous improvement, digital transformation, vendor management, cybersecurity compliance, and stakeholder engagement in a global hybrid environment.
