Description

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, IT Business Partnering Cell Therapy QC Systems to support and optimize Cell Therapy Quality Control (QC) systems. The role involves implementing innovative solutions, conducting software releases, coordinating complex projects, and staying updated on quality control practices. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies, participate in application development, and own key deliverables like User Requirements Specifications and test cases.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology Management, or a related field.
Required Previous Experiences: five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience as Operations Research Analyst or related occupation.
five (5) years of experience supporting plant-based Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) applications such as Sepax, Unicorn, Universal Device Manager, or Manufacturing Execution System in the life sciences industry.
Implementing manufacturing applications such as Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other Quality Control systems such as Cellometer, EM applications, Plate readers, Cytometry, or PCR.
Implementing software development lifecycles and laboratory business processes.
Conducting systems integration.
Preparing IT change records.
Developing Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, Corrective Action Preventative Action, Quality Control testing.
