Echo Base is hiring a fully remote Manager, IT Operations to serve as the firm’s internal technology owner. The role manages corporate IT, AWS and Cloudflare operations, Google Workspace, identity and access controls, endpoints, SaaS applications, security hygiene, backups, monitoring, employee IT support, AI tools and agentic workflows, and the corporate website. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and strong hands-on skills across cloud infrastructure, production websites, security, automation, and modern AI systems, with independent judgment and strong documentation.
