BRP is hiring a Manager, IT Quality Assurance to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of software quality assurance across the organization. The role manages a team of 10 QA analysts distributed across Montreal, Brazil, and India; develops automated testing practices; oversees end-to-end testing for enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce platforms; manages test management platforms; and ensures deployment controls and team development. The position requires extensive experience establishing IT quality assurance and automated testing practices for enterprise resource planning systems, with SAP and large-scale business process familiarity considered an asset.
