Care Access is hiring a Manager, IT Systems Engineering to lead secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations for clinical research sites and remote work environments. The role covers enterprise networking, cloud and endpoint services, service delivery, technology projects, operational automation, AI-enabled workflows, vendor and budget management, and leadership of an IT technical team. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive IT infrastructure, networking, operations, or service-delivery experience, and at least three years leading technical teams. The position is fully remote within the United States, requires minimal national travel, and pays $140,000–$170,000 USD annually for full-time team members.
