Audemars Piguet is hiring a Manager, ITCS Delivery Excellence for its Digital / IT Client Solutions team. The role leads the evolution of delivery practices, operational performance, and organizational agility; it supports teams in adopting Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices; improves processes, workflows, and user experience; and uses data-driven visual management, KPIs, dashboards, and other governance tools to steer results. The position requires at least 10 years of experience in IT organization or delivery-excellence steering, international transformation, operational improvement, customer-oriented design, budget management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
