Description
The Engineering Manager - Test Lab will lead the safety, performance, operations, and strategic deployment of eMobility test cells. The role establishes lab processes and best practices, manages test systems and budgets, coordinates with program and project teams, ensures compliance with industry standards, and promotes a high-performance safety culture. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering and 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience; power-electronics testing, prototyping, teardown-benchmarking, instrumentation, and project management are preferred.
