The National FFA Programs and Events Manager oversees leadership-based programs and events for the National FFA Organization, supervising Program Managers, Program Specialists, and Seasonal Trainers. The role manages personnel, coaching, performance reviews, professional development, budgets, resources, change management, and collaboration with other national managers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of pertinent experience, and three years of managerial or supervisory experience; the position is based in Indianapolis and requires frequent travel, including up to three five- to 10-day conference or event management trips.
