The role partners with HR and business leaders, develops learning roadmaps and digital learning solutions, supports succession planning and talent management, evaluates learning effectiveness, and measures business impact. It requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of related professional experience, with a base pay range of $99,500 to $139,900 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
