Description
Indigo is hiring a Manager, Learning and Development to design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve learning strategies and programs that support individual, team, and organizational capabilities. The role manages the enterprise LMS, develops blended and e-learning content, conducts learning needs analyses, partners with HR and business leaders, and uses instructional design, multimedia, AI, Adobe Creative Suite, and video-editing technologies. It reports to the Director, Talent Development and requires at least five years of instructional and e-learning design and delivery experience, a relevant university degree, and strong adult-learning and design-methodology knowledge.
