Sotheby’s is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle. The role covers onboarding, manager and leadership development, professional skills training, career development, mentorship, compliance training, learning platforms, vendor partnerships, program execution, budgeting, and measurement. It requires at least five years of experience in learning and talent development, strong facilitation and program management skills, and experience with learning management systems and AI-enabled learning tools. The proposed base salary is $110,000-$130,000, with a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.
