Description
The Learning Delivery Manager supports Arise’s Global eLearning Team by managing instructor vendors, developing certification and class-scheduling processes, coordinating client program implementations, monitoring virtual-class performance, troubleshooting learner and vendor issues, and reporting certification and production results. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, LMS and team-management experience, webcasting expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
