Manager, Leasing at Pier 4

Pier 4 is hiring a Manager, Leasing to lead and develop leasing specialists, drive occupancy and conversion performance, oversee the prospect-to-move-in process, analyze market and pricing opportunities, and coordinate with Property Management, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires at least five years of residential leasing, property management, or related real estate experience, including leadership experience, along with knowledge of Ontario residential tenancy legislation, a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license, and eligibility to work in Canada. The position is fully on-site in Cambridge, Ontario, with a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000.
