Description
The Manager, Legal Operation will independently manage hotel-related contracts, advise European operational and corporate teams, negotiate hotel agreements, handle contract terminations and litigation, coordinate external counsel, support corporate and subsidiary matters, and contribute to legal policies and compliance initiatives. The role requires a Master of Law (JD or LLM), at least three years of relevant experience in a major international company’s legal department, strong English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
