Civica is seeking an experienced Manager, Library Services to lead the delivery of high-quality professional library services across their Singapore client base. The role involves overseeing a team of librarians and library officers, ensuring excellent service delivery, fostering strong client partnerships, and driving continuous operational improvements. The manager will support the Head of Delivery, manage stakeholder and client relationships, lead and develop a customer-focused team, identify and implement service improvement initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
