Description
Avanci is hiring a Licensing Manager for its China Market Unit to identify and evaluate patent licensing opportunities, communicate with potential licensees and licensors, review licensing contracts, present licensing solutions, and support contract negotiations. The role requires knowledge of patent licensing, intellectual property, financial analysis, legal contracts, high-tech industries, and standards-based technologies, along with English and Chinese communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Legal/IP is required, with a graduate degree, MBA, or JD preferred, and at least five years of patent/IP licensing or legal IP experience. The position is based in Shenzhen or Beijing.
