Forged Fiber 37 is hiring an Engineering and Construction Manager to oversee a designated territory’s engineering and construction team, including inside-plant and outside-plant engineering. The role manages people, budgets, customer commitments, project schedules, vendor and contractor negotiations, capital and expense budgets, network build activities, and local virtual-team operations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training, 2–4 years of telecommunications engineering and construction knowledge and experience, at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and Microsoft Office experience.
