Primark is hiring a Store Manager in Kraków Bonarka to independently manage a retail store section and a team of 10–20 customer advisors. The role involves motivating and developing the team, maintaining store operations, analyzing sales data and customer preferences, making purchasing decisions, handling difficult customer situations, and achieving sales targets. The position is full-time, shift-based, with one weekend off per month, and requires retail team-management experience, leadership, customer-service, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
