Primark is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Kraków Bonarka to independently manage a sales section and a team of 10 to 20 Customer Advisors. The role involves motivating and developing the team, supporting store operations, analyzing sales data and customer trends, making merchandise-order decisions, and delivering positive customer experiences. The position requires shift work with one weekend off per month and prefers retail management experience, strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, customer-service knowledge, goal-setting ability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
