Molex is hiring a Manager, Maintenance to lead the HPC-area equipment maintenance team and establish and improve a TPM and preventive maintenance system. The role covers equipment reliability, POEE improvement, asset management, major failure analysis, FUSION and new-equipment transfer projects, cross-functional coordination, EHS risk control, and maintenance budget and spare-parts cost management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant mechanical, electrical, automation, or mechatronics field, plus experience in equipment maintenance, engineering, automation, team management, complex fault analysis, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, cross-functional projects, and supplier management.
