Description
Saputo is hiring a full-time, permanent Maintenance Manager for its Tavistock food manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role leads maintenance and reliability activities across cheese production, packaging, whey powder production, utilities, and facility equipment; develops preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; manages budgets, spare parts, contractors, and KPIs; and leads a 40-employee maintenance department. The position requires industrial maintenance leadership experience, preferably millwright, electrician, or engineering qualifications, along with knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and CMMS systems. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible flexibility outside regular business hours, and the salary is $117,560 to $154,300 per annum.
